Policy
-You may return items sold within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund. We must receive returned item within 30 days of original delivery date in order to provide you a full refund, provided the merchandise is in the original packaging and in saleable condition (unless the merchandise was damaged or defective at the time it was received). If you remove the clear protective wrapping for candles, they are not in saleable condition and cannot be accepted for refund, credit or exchange.
-Shipping/handling charges are nonrefundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
-Refunds for items returned and received within thirty (30) days of the delivery date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
-Refunds for items returned more than thirty (30) days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
-We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
-We inspect our items for damage prior to shipment, but if damage occurred as a result of shipping, please let us know and we will replace that item. You must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery about damage. Please inspect your items upon delivery for damage. No replacements, refunds or exchanges will be given after this period for damaged items.
-You are responsible for any damages incurred with return shipping.

~Important - we must receive your item(s) within thirty (30) days for a full refund, so please do not delay.

We will contact you and provide you return shipping address information. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method.
