Pieces are made entirely by hand by metalware artisans, one at a
time, using the ancient art of sand casting, by pouring a premium
quality alloy of molten aluminum into sand molds, and then going
through four different levels of polishing.
The result of this intensely handmade process is a piece with a

that only a handmade piece can.
This piece reflects the shine of silver, but requires no polishing,
goes from refrigerator, to oven, to table, and is perfectly suited for
today's casual lifestyle as well as entertaining.
FDA safe, easy-care, never tarnish. Hand wash, no dishwasher. Do
not store food, or leave in standing water. Avoid cutting on surface.

I love this tray from Beatriz Ball, I use it all the time at parties, it's so easy to care for and I never have to polsih it! I use it for appetizers, hot or cold, bread, cheese, sweet treats, it's so versatile!
